4-RAIL Services Ltd was founded in 1997 by Managing Director Dr. Simon Hargreaves. We are now one of the leading providers of quality Scientific and Environmental services in the UK. to the rail, civil and construction industries.
With headquarters and a laboratory in North West London, we have grown our services and skills base significantly since its inception. The majority of our site work occurs in London and the South of England and much of this is from repeat business.
Our outstanding success is as a result of working closely with our clients to understand their requirements, providing expert support and exceeding their expectations. We will continue developing our people's knowledge and skills through appropriate training and support.
